Q: Do you guys deliver and install in your price?

A: Yes, However extra charges might apply depending on your zip code. See zip code charges on next question.

Q:How far out do you guys deliver for a setup?

A: We deliver up to 40 miles out of zip code 77502. Charges are as followed

  • 0-10 Miles Free of charge
  • 11-25 Miles $15
  • 26-40 Miles $25

Q:How early can we book a item?

A: Our first delivery can be scheduled as early as 9;30 AM

Q:When do you guys setup?

A: This answer will depend on how many bookings we have for that day. We usually setup 1-3 hours before the event. Deliver driver will send a text to customer when 15 minutes out. This applies for drop off and pickup.

Q:Do you do same day bookings?

A: Yes, but they are subject to a $35 same day booking charge if we have availability.

Q: Do you guys collect a deposit?

A: Yes 50% Deposit is required on all rental. Customers can also pay in full and receive a 5% discount.

Q: What if i need to cancel?

A: All bookings can be canceled up 7 days prior to your event for a full credit with proper phone call or email notice. Customer will receive a full refund anytime 7 days prior to the event. Events canceled within 5 days prior to the event. Customer will receive full credit via rain-check to apply to a later date. Cancelations up to 1-2 days before your event will result in a 50% fee of your deposit or paid in full amount. The day of your event the booking cannot be cancelled . If canceled the day off the deposit or paid in full amount cannot be refunded it will be fully credited to your account with us to be used at a future date. Clients have to understand that a lot goes into this. If a item is booked it completely stops any other interested customer a chance to book it. There are also cleaning, prepping, and loading of these items that goes into play. Our employees work hard to make sure you guys have an successful event. Hope you guys understand thank you.

Q:What forms of payment do you guys take?

A: For website bookings all payments must be made via credit or debit card.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept at drop off?

A: Credit card or cash. Our drivers carry a portable card machine for customers wishing to pay their remainder via card apple, andriod, or google pay. You may also pay your remainder amount in cash. However please have the exact amount as our delivery drivers don't carry change.

Q: How big are your rental items?

A; Measurements are listed for all of our big rental items.

Q: What surfaces can you setup on?

A: We can setup on grass and secure with stakes. We can also setup on concrete on any other hard surface and secure with sandbags.

Q: Can you setup at parks? If so do you provide the electricity?

A: Yes we can setup at parks. However we do not provide the electricity. The parks most of the times also will not let you setup bounce houses without a generator which can also provide for a fee.

Q: Are we responsible for the item if something happens to it?

Yes. However as long as all our safety rules and contract rules are followed there shouldn't be anything that can go wrong.
